Starling Carpentry and Joinery considers all jobs big and small. Specialisations include:
- Custom and fitted furniture
- Second fix carpentry (e.g. skirting boards and architraves, hanging doors)
- Laying floor finishes
- Kitchen fitting
- Smaller jobs (e.g. replacing door and window accessories, installing shelving, etc.)
About the founder
Starling Carpentry and Joinery was founded by Ally, a long-time Brighton resident with a love for building and woodworking.
Ally graduated with distinction from Brighton MET with a City and Guilds Diploma in Carpentry and Joinery, and works with clients within the Brighton and Hove area.
Alongside standard commissions, Ally contributes his time and skills to community projects, including those oriented towards LGBTQ+ causes and international solidarity movements.
